Board of Directors

The Board of NO GIRLS NO GLORY foundation is formed by committed professionals and mothers who believe every girl deserves the freedom, confidence, and opportunity to reach her full potential. Having raised daughters in an environment where sports, education, and personal development were accessible, we recognize that these opportunities remain out of reach for millions of girls worldwide.

The Board safeguards the mission, integrity, continuity, and responsible governance of the foundation.

Board members, members of the Supervisory Board, and the Safeguarding Officer serve on an unpaid basis and operate according to the principles of transparency, accountability, and good governance, in line with Dutch ANBI requirements and nonprofit governance standards.

Supervisory Board

NO GIRLS NO GLORY foundation operates with an independent Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board oversees the management, policies, finances, strategy, and social objectives of the foundation, in accordance with the foundation’s statutes, ANBI regulations, and applicable laws and regulations.

The foundation maintains a clear separation between governance, supervision, and daily operations. The Management Board is responsible for the day to day management and execution of activities, while the Supervisory Board independently oversees governance, integrity, continuity, and compliance.

In addition, the foundation has appointed an independent Safeguarding Officer who oversees social safety and reports directly to the Supervisory Board.

Social Safety

NO GIRLS NO GLORY foundation is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone involved in our programmes, events, and collaborations. We do not tolerate any form of inappropriate behaviour, intimidation, discrimination, harassment, or abuse of power.

To support this commitment, the foundation works with:

• A designated Safeguarding Officer
• Clear reporting procedures (Incident Report Form and Volunteer and Staff Declaratoir)

Ambassadors

The ambassadors of NO GIRLS NO GLORY foundation support the mission and vision of the foundation and help amplify its message, visibility and impact. Through their voice, energy and personal stories, they inspire the next generation of girls to step into their power with confidence, courage and purpose.

All ambassadors are connected to the foundation on a voluntary basis and act as advocates for the values and objectives of NO GIRLS NO GLORY foundation.
